Life had already invited me a couple of times to make an album, but the fear of opening myself honestly to the world would never settle. I, who write for a living, privately cast myself into the river of memories and, through long and solitary days, the many months in which "La casa de las sombras" was born. The acoustic version of my stories — discreet and nameless — whispered to me ceaselessly, yet the universe’s proposal to do it seriously, to give it a cover photograph and choose a single, sounded louder. Then I became brave and said: Let’s bring my unfiltered soul out of anonymity.
